CNP Philippines was estabslished in 2008, when Nanfang Pump Industry Co., Ltd. entrusted VITALITE TRADING CORP. to be the exclusive distributor in the Philippines. By 2011, CNP Philippines began to participate in trade shows. In 2013, CNP Philippines participated in the first-ever Water Philippines Expo, an international tradeshow organized by UBM, a Malaysian events company. Since then, CNP Philippines has become a consistent gold sponsor of the event.
